The Great Green Race has formed alliances with 'green' real estate brokers and new home builders in order to assist customers in the purchase of existing homes with green attributes or to build new homes with Net Zero energy bills. 

Green attributes or features on existing homes can range from energy saving appliances and new energy efficient windows to Solar and Geothermal installations.  Our green real estate alliance, Inner Circle, is a division of The Seldin Organization, Inc., founded in 1900.  Inner Circle agents will assist you in your search for qualified listings on homes in your favorite location that incorporate the green features you may desire .  

Building Net Zero homes requires proven expertise.  Net Zero Plus defined:  A Net-Zero Plus building produces more than 100% of its annual energy consumption through on-site renewable sources.  The additional power that is not consumed can be sold to the surrounding neighbors or sold back to the utility thereby creating a positive revenue stream.

Space Innovators of Long Island has longstanding experience in building new net zero homes and has partnered with G-Race for customers to design and build near net-zero, net zero or net zero plus homes powered by renewable energy.  Space Innovators can design a new home to reduce your long term electricity, heating, cooling and hot water bills.  Any new design will be zero dollars or as close to zero dollars as site and design conditions allow.  Critical systems in Net Zero Plus or Near Net Zero homes can be made to function during extended outages.  Space Innovators is celebrating over 30 years in business.  To view model home:  Net Zero Model Home
